The Edge 32 project a multi-level market rate apartment building over a one-story parking podium. LDA designed three schemes with inital layouts and renderings. These three iterations range from traditional to progressive contemporary in style. Ultimately, LDA’s design for staggered apartments along two curving lines was selected for construction. The staggered units provides spaces for balconies and maximizes views toward downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie.
