Chicle Townhomes is located along Detroit Road in Cleveland’s West Boulevard Neighborhood.  The design is contextual, with two strong influences: the historic Chicle Office building, the company which produced the Chiclet Chewing Gum, and the industrial structures adjacent to this site.  An exterior pool commons provides the focus to this forty unit townhouse project with homes that range in size from under 1,000 SF to almost 2,200 SF (approximately 24 units per acre).
