LDA worked with a development group to design and build a multi-story, market-rate apartment building in the Hingetown area of Cleveland’s Ohio City Neighborhood. This project not only fills the multi-family housing needs in the neighborhood but create its own community within the neighborhood.

Residents and visitors to the neighborhood are able to take advantage of ground-level retail and amenities, creating a more human-scale development. A two-level parking deck was built to make the development more walk-able and pedestrian-friendly and oriented.
