LDA worked on this historic home to rehabilitate it into a multi-family residential property. The house was converted from its previous12-unit layout to a 9-unit layout to better incorporate historic attributes. Additionally, the living spaces were expanded to include more units in the attic, the basement space was converted into storage space as well as a community space.
