LDA architects was proud to work with CMHA on the renovation of the Ernest J. Bohn Tower in downtown Cleveland. The project included converting 19 units into UFAS accessible units, updating kitchens, finishes, bathrooms, and mechanical services in all of the units as well as adding and repairing the existing elevator shafts, providing new finishes and lighting design in the common lobby area, repairing and refinishing the exterior shell, repairing and updating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout, and redesigning and expanding the existing office area.
