CLEVELAND OH
Franciscan Village
The Franciscan Village project in Cleveland’s Kamm’s Corners Neighborhood includes a new addition serving as the main entrance, gathering center, wellness center, and hub for social services, along with renovations to all existing apartments to modernize, improve energy efficiency, and support aging in place. Site improvements include a walking trail, gardens, gathering and contemplation areas, improved traffic circulation, expanded parking, and a central courtyard. Phase II added a 62-unit senior apartment building that connects the existing buildings through interior circulation. Its exterior design complements the historic campus through brick piers, limestone details, and brick corbeling, creating a cohesive architectural character across the property.
