To serve the needs of a dynamic software development company and suit its creative culture, LDA architects turned an uninteresting, conventional office building into an exciting vibrant work environment. After the complete demolition of all interiors down to the structural shell, LDA inserted Hyland Software’s space needs in an open plan with minimal private offices, and a large central atrium commons to promote employee interaction. The design also included a “diner” style restaurant, a spiral slide between floor levels and a day care center.
