LDA designed the 32-unit luxury apartment building in Little Italy.  This project, named La Collina Apartments, is a 5-story building with retail on the first floor, below-grade parking with 36 spaces, and four floors of apartments.  The apartments range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.  The overall size of the building is 77,900 square feet.  This project has also achieved LEED Silver Certification.
