LDA worked with Northeast Shores Development Corporation, the community development corporation for Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood, to find the proper fit for the adaptive reuse of this iconic Cleveland building. Originally constructed in 1927 as a movie palace, the LaSalle Theater has long been an important landmark in the community.
