Conversion of an existing 5‐story story office building into student housing and commercial space on the ground floor with accompanying site work. This project calls for a small 2‐story addition on the 4th and 5th floors, totaling 465 square feet, to the building on the south side.
The site work includes the following items: removal of bank teller building & teller kiosks, regrading as necessary for new promenade and exterior areas as shown on the Site Plan, re-striping of parking, as well as work related to conforming to City of Painesville sidewalk standards.
