LDA and the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority are working together on the comprehensive rehabilitation of Marquette Manor, a 15-story high-rise in the English Woods neighborhood of Cincinnati. Marquette Manor was constructed in 1965 and has 140 apartments.
The project utilizes Low Income Housing Tax Credits and the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program. A reoriented main entry with a new
canopy will connect residents to a new parking lot with 100 spaces. Improvements throughout all apartments and common areas with new exterior amenities will make an enjoyable residence for the tenants. This project is a significant aspect of the revitalization of this neighborhood. This project utilized Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
