The exterior of this historic building is to be restored to recreate the appearance of the original construction. The historic storefront including the existing decorative concrete ornamentation is to be restored.  An addition will allow for the construction of new stairs and an elevator from a newly created residential lobby.  The restored building will feature commercial space on the ground and basement levels.   The second and third stories will contain a total of eight new apartment units of varying sizes and features. The existing rooftop accessible from the third story will be converted to a patio for residents.
