LDA's design - the winning entry in a formal design competition - created a municipal campus master plan which stitched together the existing fire station and police station with a new city hall building. The municipal campus concept along with the demolition of out of date portions of the existing city hall/ fire station provided a solution to the City of Richmond Heights, which gave them a mix of new and renovated facilities to improve operations and responsiveness to the city's residents.
