LDA architects collaborated with Ozanne Construction Company, Inc. on a design-build delivery basis to complete this major infill housing redevelopment project for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. The Project proposed adding 90 new housing units to the existing 440 units within the estate. LDA designed a variety of new townhome and ranch-style units as well as an attractive three-story, 28-unit apartment building for seniors. Mr. Durante served as the designer and principal-in-charge of the project.
