Samantha Ayotte

Project Designer

Samantha joined LDA after gaining 2 years of experience in high-end residential and parks and recreation architecture from a design firm in Peninsula, OH. After graduating from Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Samantha worked on projects ranging from commercial town centers to senior living and residential. She attended The Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative for Graduate School, where she received a Masters in Architecture and a Masters in Urban design. At the CUDC, Samantha gained valuable knowledge on urban design by studying abroad in Havana, Cuba. Samantha was also selected to represent the CUDC in multiple ULI Hines Student Competitions.


At LDA, Samantha brings a unique sense of aesthetic and technical knowledge to assist in all phases of new construction and renovation projects. In her role, Samantha coordinates with multiple consulting engineer disciplines, and uses 3D modeling and rendering skills to produce design development and construction documents.
