The project redesigned the entry sequence and layout by removing the non-historic walls. The new lobby and cafe space provides a common area for residents to gather and meet visitors. The project increased accessibility by eliminating a wheelchair lift and incorporating a ramp to access the elevator. New way finding signage and interior finish upgrades were completed as part of the improvements.
