This project is a Historic Renovation of and continuation of the Adaptive Reuse of the WHK and WMMS Radio station. The 4-story and 3-story offices fronting Euclid Avenue were converted to modern apartments, highlighting the concrete structure and large windows. The former parking garage was converted to 13 loft-style apartment units. High timber ceilings, large industrial windows and exposed brick walls create an warm living space. The complex also features community spaces, tenant storage, dog wash and fitness center. Two rentable spaces along Euclid Avenue, along with a converted radio station now housing architect offices, combine to form a vibrant mixed-use complex anchored by the historic Agora Theatre.
